Attending Customers' Premises

We’re asking all customers to confirm that they’re not self-isolating and have not been in contact with anyone who has been showing COVID-19 symptoms. Engineers are unable to enter a building if a customer or anyone else is suspected of being infected. We ask all of our customers to follow government guidance and practice a good level of social distancing from our engineers whilst they carry out their work in your premises. Our engineers will be wearing PPE when entering your premises
