Excellent, friendly, fast service. Our old boiler was making a funny sound. Steve (the plumber) arrived within the hour and advised that we needed a new boiler. The new boiler was fitted a few days later. Couldn’t be happier with it. Steve worked hard to get the job done. Would highly recommend.

Had a bathroom leak which was leaking into our garage late on Saturday afternoon and the lovely plumber, Steve arrived within the hour, I was so surprised and relieved to get such amazing service so quickly! The problem was dealt with immediately and was and Steve was so polite and answered all the questions I had. Would definitely recommend this company, they were fantastic. Thank you!

I’ve used Simply Plumbing before to fit a shower so didn’t hesitate to call the same guy back when my toilet was overflowing, he came when he said he would and promptly fixed a new part, he was very polite and professional. Phoned simply plumbing for an emergency water leaking into my children bedroom The man on the phone was very polite and reassuring and talked us through what to do with shut off valves until the plumber arrived He phoned us several times to make sure we were ok Amazing service considering the time of night Its a 5 star from me.

I have used Simply Plumbing Ltd many times in the past and needed them to come out to replace two valves on my washing machine. I really can’t fault them, every time they have come out to me I have always been happy with the quality of the work done. The staff are always professional and I will continue using them as they are trustworthy and reliable.

Simply Plumbing were very good, the plumber that come out was very knowledgeable and experienced and got the problems fixed really quickly, the payment was straightforward and he gave me some great tips and advice for the future, I would definitely use them again.

I used Simply Plumbing for the first time to fit an electric shower and they were very good, I rang a few other firms but they couldn’t come as quickly as Simply Plumbing, the chap that came out was really helpful and the job was finished really quickly with no mess and no fuss, if I had to say anything I would say they were a little on the expensive side but to have the job done that day and done and dusted straight away it was worth that bit extra, I would certainly use them again.

I used Simply Plumbing initially for a leak in my overflow but he pointed out that my water tank was caving in so I actually ended up hiring them to install a new boiler too and they were absolutely brilliant, I take my hat off to how they were able to work in such a small space and I’m really chuffed with everything they did, they even did a few little extras for me that they really didn’t have to, I’m keeping their number handy and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

We had a stair lift put in and the engineer unfortunately went through an under stairs pipe, so as it was an emergency we chose a company that was local to us, Simply Plumbing Ltd, Hornchurch. They did a really good job, we were very pleased with them and how speedily they came out to us. We did find them a little pricey, but as it was an emergency we didn’t have the luxury of getting quotes. But we would use them again as the work was so good.

I called Simply Plumbing Ltd to repair a leak in the water tank in my loft and I wasn’t disappointed with their service. They were extremely fast and got out to me ten minutes after I called them to talk about the issue. The staff were very polite and professional and got the job done. This was my first time using them and if fully recommend them.
